Our Pet Policy

Dogs, cats, and service animals are welcome (all must be housebroken; no breeding). Breed restrictions apply (e.g., German Shepherds, Akitas, Chow mixes, American Bulldogs, Staffordshire Terriers, Dobermans, Rottweilers, wolf‑dog hybrids, Pit Bulls, Presa Canario, etc.). One‑time non‑refundable pet fee: $350 per pet. Monthly pet rent: $50 per pet. Maximum of 2 pets per unit.
